When I was a lil kid, I used to collect stamps. God knows where the stamps are now, probably stashed somewhere in the back of a forsaken cabinet. Especially in the States, rarely do I see stamps anymore. Rather, most consists of those bar-coded "stamps" that USPS conveniently churn out from the counters. So it's delightfully refreshing to receive a package filled with the good old-fashioned stamps.
It's pretty ridiculous when the nail polish that I get from the States, is much cheaper than the exact same ones that I get here. Even with postage! They probably think the local currency grows on trees.

Dood, stamps are cool! Are there any from here you want? I should look for some cool ones to send you. Don't ask me about makeup, I'm clueless! What's your fav stamp that you've received?

@ThurzNite - I gave up on stamps a long while back. My penpal's from UK, and all their stamps consisted of Queen E's head. It wasn't much fun having her side profile in different sizes and colors. :p
I remember there's this pretty cool one that I bought at some fair, it was texturized. Then there's another my brother gave me, from Christmas Island.
When I was much younger, I even paid for some special stamps because they look so pretty. Recall them with the name Antigua and Barbuda, or sometimes they had disney characters on them. Come to think of it, can't even use them in Singapore hahaha....

I used to collect stamps too fr many many countries, I had 4 books full of stamps but i passed it down to my niece when I was going to get married =P I miss them.
I love OPI.... they are great!! So expensive here though, i got a bottle of nail polish for abt S$20 (US$ 13)... oh well !!
@Ratinha - Yea, it's abt the same price here as well; ~RM50. All those in the pic, not including the Nic's Sticks, put me back abt SGD100. And that's inclusive of Priority shipping as well!!
